Procurement Business Partner

We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner to provide category expertise to the business, facilitating best-value procurement to time, cost and quality imperatives. Working within the Indirect Procurement team, you will consult and influence internal and external stakeholders and foster positive relationships across functional boundaries.

Main duties

• Category management: oversee procurement across Indirect Procurement, including Marketing, Professional Services and HR.
• Strategic sourcing: develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Supplier relationship management: build strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
• Contract management: negotiate and manage contracts with favourable terms and conditions.
• Stakeholder collaboration & process improvement: align procurement with business goals and improve workflows.
• Data analysis & compliance: analyse procurement data, track savings, report KPIs and ensure policy compliance.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field; CIPS desirable.
• Minimum three years in Indirect Procurement, with a strong focus on Marketing, Professional Services and HR categories.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of indirect procurement, market trends, cost drivers and best practices.
