Williams’ Merchandising & Licensing division is central to how we bring the Williams brand to fans around the world. We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Product & Retail Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of our product and retail activity — from range development and supplier management through to fulfilment, inventory and in-race retail delivery.

Product operations

  • Support the development and critical-path management of the Williams product range across apparel, accessories and lifestyle categories.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance and accurate product specifications.
  • Maintain product data, imagery and range documentation across internal systems and retail platforms.
  • Assist in the management of samples, approvals and sign-off processes in line with brand guidelines.

Retail & e-commerce operations

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product uploads, inventory management, promotions and order fulfilment.
  • Liaise with third-party fulfilment and logistics partners to ensure accurate, timely despatch.
  • Manage stock within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), maintaining accurate inventory records and data integrity.
  • Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment and support forecasting and intake planning.
  • Assist in the coordination of retail activations at Grands Prix and other commercial events.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in retail operations, product or e-commerce coordination, ideally within sport, fashion or a consumer lifestyle brand.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadline.
  • Confident with data — Excel/Google Sheets — and able to produce clear, accurate reports.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) is advantageous; D365 experience strongly desirable.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player with a passion for F1 or sport a plus.

Based in central London, with regular travel to the Grove, Oxfordshire headquarters and the opportunity to attend race weekends.
