Senior Social Media Content Producer

We are looking for an experienced and creative social media professional to join the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and help shape how millions of fans engage with one of the world’s most recognised sporting brands. As Senior Social Media Content Producer, you will play a leading role in the planning, creation and delivery of content across our global social media channels. This position is based at our headquarters in Brackley, with an onsite presence required three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Play a senior hands-on role in the planning, creation and delivery of high-quality content across all social channels, helping to guide the work of the social media team.
• Collaborate with the Content Director to develop benchmark creative content, original formats and new approaches designed for social audiences.
• Coordinate internal content production and external agency partners from briefing through to final delivery and publishing.
• Partner with the Partner Communications team to deliver outstanding partner content and digital rights activations.
• Support the Digital Operations Manager and relevant agency partners in the development and delivery of the paid social media strategy.

About you

• Significant experience creating, publishing and optimising content across major social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform behaviours and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent editorial judgement with the ability to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
