Assembly Technician, Event Support — Heritage

Red Bull Racing Formula One Team

Red Bull Technology

Red Bull Technology is more than an F1 team — it’s a high-performance innovation hub. The Heritage Assembly Team is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician (Event Support) to build, service and maintain heritage car assemblies and provide operational support at TPC and show-car promotional events.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare, operate and maintain the full range of car systems and sub-assemblies for TPC and show-car promotional events.
  • Work as part of the Assembly Group, contributing openly to ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver objectives on time while working unsupervised, escalating any problems you identify.
  • Report all build-quality issues to the relevant stakeholders, including the Chief Mechanic, so faults are recorded during events.
  • Follow the team’s job-management processes and business operating systems (MES/Epicor) to support planning.
  • Maintain build specifications, revision control, component lifing and hardware allocations, and manage assembly and component stock levels alongside the Production Control Group.
  • Work in line with company Safety, Health and Environmental guidelines and support ad-hoc Assembly Group or car-build activities.

What they’re looking for

Experience in a similar industry or line of work, a flexible approach to working hours, and a professional, positive manner that represents the team to the highest standards.

Benefits

Competitive salary plus a bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension, on-site gym, a free daily food allowance and more.
