CAD / CAM Programmer

Programme complex components with hyperMILL CAM software and run them on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres.

Your mission

• Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software.
• Setting up and proving out complex milled components, applying and optimising modifications.
• Post-processing 3D-printed parts.
• Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.
• Loading and prioritising prototype, single and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology.
• Taking responsibility for part accuracy and the entire process, from material ordering to final inspection.
• Working occasional weekend shifts.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ.
• Several years of experience with 5-axis machines.
• Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (an advantage).
• Enthusiasm for high-tech materials; careful and highly independent working style.
• Strong team skills, flexibility and willingness to work outside standard hours.
• Good German and English language skills.
