Composite Fitter / Trimmer

Trim, fit and bond carbon-fibre composite parts for our F1 cars, taking components from raw moulding to race ready.

Your mission

• Trim composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools and equipment to achieve precise cuts and finishes.
• Inspect trimmed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Contribute to the manufacture of fibre-composite parts, working to design plans and quality specifications.
• Assemble and bond components as part of a team, preparing them for use on the race track.

Your profile

• Completed basic technical education.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in composite trimming or a related field, preferably in an F1 team.
• Proficiency with the tools and equipment used in composite trimming.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, with good three-dimensional thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work under deadline pressure.
• Flexible on working hours (2-shift operation and standby duty); resilient, proactive team player.
• Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
