Composite Laminating Technician – Contract (2027 Build)

Join McLaren Racing’s Composite Laminating Team — 2027 F1 Car Build. We are recruiting for multiple roles within our Composite Laminating Team to support the build of McLaren Racing’s 2027 Formula One car. These positions are based at McLaren Racing Composites (MRC) and will focus on the production of high-performance composite parts and assemblies for our F1 team.

What you’ll bring

• Skilled composite laminator — previous experience in motorsport (especially F1) or aerospace is preferable.
• Proactive, self-motivated and uses initiative, looking for the next task and offering solutions to problems.
• Good communication skills — uses accurate and clear communication and demonstrates when information is understood.
