Monitor, analyse and optimise the cost cap to ensure full compliance with FIA financial regulations and efficient budget spending.

Your mission

• Monitor, analyse and optimise the cost cap to ensure compliance with FIA financial regulations and efficient spending.
• Prepare, validate and execute accurate, timely submissions of all official FIA financial-regulations documentation.
• Lead periodic FIA audits and serve as the expert on all cost-cap matters.
• Drive robust financial reporting and run strategic simulations to support smart cost-allocation choices.
• Work directly with technical and operational teams to translate complex cost structures into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and compliance teams to navigate the fast-paced regulatory landscape.
• Track developments in FIA financial regulations and proactively evaluate their strategic impact.

Your profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Substantial experience in financial analysis or cost controlling, ideally within Formula 1 or another high-stakes environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS or German financial regulations, able to bridge standard accounting to FIA frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cost engineering, project tracking and asset management under strict regulatory boundaries.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record in cost management and budget optimisation.
• Expert-level Excel and solid ERP experience; professional English required, German a strong plus.
