HR Business Partner

Act as the primary People Business Partner for leaders across our divisions, providing strategic and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your mission

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across divisions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and support leaders in implementing them.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with the Formula 1 race calendar, project milestones and business priorities.
• Coach and challenge leaders to maximise individual and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Development to attract, develop and retain top talent.
• Design and deliver employee-engagement initiatives that sustain motivation, wellbeing and cohesion through demanding seasons.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and coordinate work permits, immigration and international mobility for race personnel.
• Leverage people analytics to inform workforce decisions, organisational design and performance management.

Your profile

• Federal HR Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related; Global Mobility qualifications a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong business acumen and service-oriented mindset, with understanding of motorsport and Formula 1.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting a shift-based, operational or travel-intensive workforce is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching and problem-solving skills; strong HR-data analytics.
• Proficiency in digital HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors; fluent German and English.
