Infrastructure Technician

Join our Trackside Infrastructure department, supporting the maintenance, servicing, logistics and build of pit and trackside equipment.

Your mission

• Support maintenance, servicing and logistics within the Trackside Infrastructure department.
• Assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure.
• Build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, and carry out updates on existing equipment.
• Handle hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading, and travel to events where required.

Your profile

• Two to five years of experience in motorsport as an infrastructure technician; Formula 1 experience desirable.
• Electrical qualifications or significant knowledge of electrical installations; experience with CAD, CATIA or Solidworks is ideal.
• Strong all-round technician with good problem-solving and fabrication skills, working cleanly and to a high standard.
• Positive, flexible and stress-resistant, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork, ready to help fellow team members home and away.
• Self-motivated and detail-focused, with a strong commitment to a zero-mistake culture.
• Fluent in English.
