Lead Composite Design Engineer

You’ll lead the conceptual and detailed design of composite and metallic race car components, delivering performance-critical parts across bodywork, wings, floor and crash structures. Your work directly contributes to how the car performs on track.

Purpose of the role

• Lead the concept and detailed design of composite and metallic components used across bodywork, wings, floor and crash structures.
• Own the design process from concept through to release, ensuring parts meet performance, weight and manufacturability targets.
• Work closely with Aerodynamics, Manufacturing, Structural Analysis and Race Engineering teams to translate performance requirements into reliable, race-ready components.
