We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Reward & Benefits Manager to ensure the smooth, compliant and efficient operation of all reward, benefits and recognition processes across the organisation. You’ll provide expert operational support to the wider Reward and People & Culture function while contributing to a data-driven, insight-led reward strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of all reward processes, including annual pay review, bonus cycles and benefit renewal windows.
  • Maintain accurate reward data within People systems, ensuring compliance, governance and data integrity.
  • Act as operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation, partnering with People Systems on enhancements.
  • Manage the full suite of employee benefits — health, wellbeing, insurance, pensions and lifestyle benefits.
  • Lead relationships with benefit providers and brokers; oversee renewals, remarketing cycles and scheme design changes.
  • Provide expert guidance on reward and benefit policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation (NMW, salary sacrifice, pension regulations).
  • Support Cost Cap optimisation with accurate reporting; lead reward-related projects and process improvement.

About you

  • Proven experience in reward, benefits or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of reward and benefits practices, processes and legal/regulatory considerations.
  • High proficiency in HR systems (e.g. Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical capability with experience turning data into actionable insight.
  • Strong stakeholder management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline.
