Senior Software Engineer

Your mission

• Design, develop, test and deliver high-quality full-stack software: backend services, frontend applications, APIs, databases and integrations.
• Take ownership of complex features and technical workstreams, from requirements capture through to production delivery and improvement.
• Contribute hands-on to strategic Digital Solutions projects supporting end-to-end engineering and operational processes.
• Work with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to turn domain needs into pragmatic digital solutions.
• Build AI-enabled capabilities into stakeholder-facing applications, applying GenAI and agentic patterns where they create measurable value and can be governed safely.
• Support enterprise scaling of AI adoption through practical use cases, secure integration patterns and cost-aware implementation.
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, deployment automation and maintainable cloud-native practices.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a senior or technically influential role.
• Strong full-stack capability with modern languages/frameworks such as C#, Python, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, FastAPI, React, Vue or Svelte.
• Hands-on GenAI experience: LLMs, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering and integrating AI into applications.
• Experience building production-quality cloud-native software systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/CD and modern practices.
• Ability to own complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions at pace; fluent English.
• Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, IaC, streaming systems, data-focused apps or MLOps a plus; motorsport/high-performance-engineering domain experience beneficial.
